Paul Hively, a 42-year resident of Rogers, has been in the construction industry for 45 years. He is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships that lead to the acquisition of construction projects for Nabholz Construction. Paul also evaluates markets and individual clients with whom Nabholz would seek to work. Other responsibilities include developing presentations and interview strategies with the project team for potential clients.
